I need a attorney to sue the state for breach of contract on erap funds I had a tenant who applied and was approved but when I went to pick up the funds I was denied offcourse tenant appealed but again was denied and referred to another organization our Florida but since the county had it listed to payout it was denied thinking that it was duplicate but as pic shows it was not and no in left with 15 months of unpaid rent I held up my end of the agreement by not evicting and fully expect the state to hold theirs
